Niki Metcalf Portrait Session | Portland, OR

This portrait session with Niki Metcalf in downtown Portland was a dream. At the time, Niki was starring as Tracy Turnblad in the touring production of Hairspray. Before her evening show, we met up for a fun photo sesh around town.

We lucked out timing wise, as the cherry blossoms on the waterfront happened to be at peak bloom! As we arrived, it started to pour (hellooo April showers), but that didn’t matter! Niki had such a positive attitude the whole time. We ended the shoot laughing and drenched under the soft, pink canopy of cherry trees.
